Rogue Status and The Attic Present:

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ONLY and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED or where prior registration with any regulatory or government agency is necessary. Entries shall state clearly the age of the entrant. MINORS MUST OBTAIN THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN and include such written permission with any drawings or materials submitted. Failure to include age and, if a minor, permission of the parent or guardian, may disqualify any entry submitted. All parental consents shall be verified at the time prizes are awarded. There will be one (1) first place winner and no other winners. First prize will receive a cash award of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

This contest will remain open, and entries will be received, through October 31, 2008. ALL SUBMISSIONS, ENTRIES, DRAWINGS AND ANY COPYRIGHTED OR COPYRIGHTABLE ARTWORK OR DESIGNS OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONTAINED THEREIN (COLLECTIVELY, “DESIGNS”), UPON SUBMISSION, SHALL BE DEEMED ASSIGNED TO, AND BECOME THE SOLE PROPERTY OF, EASY COMPANY, LLC dba ROGUE STATUS (“Rogue”), and the entrant agrees to execute such documents as are necessary to memorialize or enforce the rights of Rogue granted herein. In connection therewith, Rogue shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use or make derivative copies of any of the Designs in connection with its products. Creative submissions will be judged by November 7, 2008, and it is the sole personal subjective opinion of such party or parties that shall determine the winner. The decisions of Rogue will at all times be binding and final. First prizes will be awarded by approximately December 5, 2008. The total value of the prizes awarded hereunder is approximately $1,000.00. Prizes shall not be redeemable for cash. Odds of winning are subject to number of entries. Rogue reserves the right to substitute like prizes of equal or similar value. This promotion is not open to employees of Rogue and their relatives. Rogue shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed, refused or illegible entries or submissions. Winners (and their parents, if a minor) shall be required to verify certain entry information and to execute a release and consent document in favor of Rogue as a prerequisite to claiming any prizes. Rogue reserves the right but not the obligation to use the winner's name and/or photograph, without compensation, in any publicity, in perpetuity. Winner information is available after December 5, 2008 by writing and sending a SASE to "Rogue Status Design Contest Information", c/o Killer Distribution, 1840 S. Milliken Ave, Ontario, CA 91761.

This contest is subject to these Official Rules and any other rules at any time promulgated by Rogue, and Rogue reserves the right to amend these rules at any time in its sole discretion. In the event that any provision or rule is found unenforceable by any court of appropriate jurisdiction, such provision or rule shall be severed herefrom and the remainder of the Official Rules shall remain valid and enforceable. Winners are responsible for all taxes in connection herewith. The contest rules shall be interpreted according to the substantive laws of the State of California.
